Get hands-on with social media apps like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter, and see how powerful these tools are for your business. About our speakers:
Derek Lamoureux is a Canadian entrepreneur, Internet personality, and Chief Creative Director of reux, a modern-day full service-marketing agency. Derek brings a young, fresh, and creative twist too marketing campaigns as his agency works with brands across Canada to develop innovative strategies that leverage the use of social media. In addition to working with brands through his agency, Derek has a well-established following and personal brand online, where he has created social media content with millions of views. As a subject matter expert, Derek works with post-secondary institutions on course development, leads coaching sessions, has spoken at numerous public events, and is currently Chair for the London Chamber of Commerce Marketing Committee.
Rachael Luby, Communications Specialist at the London Economic Development Corporation (LEDC), is sharing the LEDC and London's story through engaging content on a local, national, and international level. Through content creation, social media management, and various communications and marketing strategies, Rachael helps the LEDC raise London's profile.
Passionate about building relationships, Rachael recently joined the Marketing Committee for the London Chamber of Commerce. She is also a Director on the Fanshawe College Alumni Association Board of Directors, a mentor through the Fanshawe College Larry Myny Mentorship Program.
